“Standard Plus” bungalow: Three rooms with four beds in two rooms, one with a double bed and one with non-divisible bunk bed. Pleasant entrance with cooking area, single block with sink and four gas burners, refrigerator, space for table and four chairs. Comfortable bathroom with basin, toilet and shower. The bungalows all have temperature controls, TV and are located on a raised terracing above the car parking area. External area beside the bungalows with two sunbeds and a small table with chairs. Shaded and peaceful area. The nearby Sansone and Sorgente beaches are accessible on foot in less than five minutes.

“Comfort” bungalow:three rooms plus toilet facilities, two small bedrooms to sleep four (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds).  a living room with a dining and cooking area with a unit with a sink, 4-ring stove, hot and cold water from every tap, tall refrigerator with freezer compartment, table and chairs. Functional bathroom with basin, toilet and shower cabin, hot and cold water from all taps. Our bungalows are AIR CONDITIONED and have satellite television. Located on individual terracing with car parking spot at the side. External area on the entrance side with sunbeds, small table and chairs.The nearby Sansone and Sorgente beaches are accessible on foot in less than five minutes.

The accommodation comes equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Also provided: pillows, blankets and bedspreads. Not provided: bed linen and towels (available for rent. Please request when making your booking).

RENTAL CONDITIONS

• Weekly rentals from Saturday or Sunday (in particular conditions, even in weekly days)
• Minimum bookable nights 6-7, in low season also for 3 nights.
• At the time of booking a 30% deposit will be requested.
• Prepayment in full is required for bookings of less than seven nights
• For cancellations made within 25 days from the arrival date, will be refunded the total return of the amount paid, beyond this period and up 7 days before, will be returned only the 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations received subsequently are non-refundable. The booking is transferable to third parties (by agreements with the management)
• Check-in at the campsite is possible from 9.00 but access to accomodation from 3 p.m. Check-out is required by 10 am
• Full settlement upon departure (Cash, Pagobancomat, Credit Card. Cheques not accepted)
• Pets are allowed
