Conditions
– Booking confirmation: Upon arrival, guests must present themselves at Reception (9.00-21.00)
– Pitch at the campsite is available on the day of arrival starting from 1.00 pm and must be vacated on the day of departure by 12.00 pm.
– Bungalow and Mobile home are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.
– For reservations of less than 5 nights: advance payment of the full amount is required.
– The reservation is valid only with the payment of a 30% deposit.
– No-shows or delays: In the event of a no-show on the agreed-upon date, the reserved pitch or accommodation will remain free until the deposit amount is reached. After this period, the pitch or accommodation is considered free and may be transferred.
– Early departure does not entail refunds
– Overnight absences: whether of people or vehicles, will not be taken into consideration, but will be counted as always present.
– Cancellation: For cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date, a 100% refund will be given (-20.00 euros for administration fees). Cancellations received after this period (up to 7 days) will be refunded 50%. Cancellations received before 7 days will not be refunded. Any requests for postponement/change of period made more than 21 days before arrival will not be refunded.
– The dates indicated on the reservation: refer to the day of arrival and day of departure.
– Rates: fixed, including taxes.
Privacy: We inform you that the data you provide will be processed solely for the purpose of confirming your booking and reserving the pitch and/or bungalow you requested. Your data will also be processed electronically in compliance with the principles established by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
