The De Lux Mobile Home (Type A) has four beds + one, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate beds which can be joined together, for the + one, a fifth person can sleep on a comfortable couch in the dinette area. Pleasant entrance with large glass windows, spacious cooking area with sink and four automatic gas burners, tall refrigerator with freezer compartment, tables and chairs. Large bathroom with basin, toilet and spacious shower cabin, hot and cold water from all taps. Table and chairs on a spacious veranda. The homes all have temperature controls and TV sat. The nearby Sansone and Sorgente beaches are accessible on foot in just over five minutes.

Car parking is not next to the mobile homes but in the campsite car park. The nearby Sansone and Sorgente beaches are accessible on foot in just over five minutes.

The accommodation comes equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Also provided: pillows, blankets and bedspreads. Not provided: bed linen and towels (available for rent. Please request when making your booking).

RENTAL CONDITIONS

• Weekly rentals from Saturday or Sunday (in particular conditions, even in weekly days)
• Minimum stay one week, in low season also for 3 nights or weekends
• At the time of booking a 30% deposit will be requested. For cancellations made within 25 days from the arrival date, will be refunded the total return of the amount paid, beyond this period and up 7 days before, will be returned only the 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations received subsequently are non-refundable. The booking is transferable to third parties (by agreements with the management)
• Prepayment in full is required for bookings of less than seven nights
• Check-in at the campsite is possible from 9.00 but access to accomodation from 3 p.m. Check-out is required by 10 am
• Full settlement upon departure (Cash, Pagobancomat, Credit Card. Cheques not accepted)
• Pets are allowed
